Wang Wei is a published author and was one of the first MCSE study sites on the web. You'll find lots of up to date exam information and tips here.

IT Tutor.com  
A great site that offers free training courses and online exams. The content leads up to and beyond the MCSE level and they now have over 8000 MCSE questions, online. In addition, exams are available in an offline testing application.

Joe Momma's MCSE 2K Page
An Windows MCSE 2000 resource study site made by a student for students and includes a mailing list, discussion board, out of the classroom info, free mcse exams, and a weekly lesson.

An excellent study resource from Herb Martin. Herb is a well respected instructor and lecturer who gives seminars around the country teaching accelerated MCSE classes. His page is full of great information, book reviews, and other MCSE Links.
